This study is concerned with physiochemical changes in phase and in state which follow total body irradiation. dvancement in the past year has occurred in analytical methodology and in investigative achievement. Improvements in technology are reported in preparation of biopsied tissue, in separation of classes of compounds by organic phases, and in the hardware essential to reproducible gas chromatographic analysis. Investigative progress has resulted in presentation of the initial biologic indicator preparation of certain biologic agents for enhancement programs and the initiation of the enhancement program in albino rats.
