Abstract:

This collection of articles is a review of the methods for investigating the thermal stability of heat-resistant alloys. Special attention is devoted to procedures permitting not only a qualitative but also a quantitative evaluation of the thermal stability of materials subjected to heat treatment at high temperatures. The relation between thermal stability and the mechanical and physical properties of alloys is studied.
