Abstract:
High-Conductivity Materials for Microwave Tubes. Extensive cold test results are reported for a tungsten wire helix mounted in a fluted BeO cylinder. Low-Noise Investigations. The analysis of multivelocity low-noise streams is described. Plasmas and Quantum Electronics. The results of space-charge calculations made to evaluate the influence of various operating parameters on the nonlinear interaction process in a beam-plasma system are described. Crossed-Field Electron Gun Studies. The Kino gun is analyzed theoretically by means of the Poisson cell and experimentally in the beam analyzer. Author
