The temperature dependence of card-gap sensitivity and failure diameter of a plastisol-nitrocellulose propellant and a polybutadiene propellant containing RDX have been determined. The card-gap sensitivity increased and the failure diameter decreased for the PNC propellant. Neither of these values showed much change, if any, for the RDX-containing PBAA formulation. These results agree with those previously obtained at these Laboratories. Author
