The technical effort of the development of an elastomeric seal for omniaxial movable nozzles, is presented. The technical effort in this period included 1 complete analysis of the elastomeric pads and metallic reinforcements in the seal, 2 bench tests on four development seals, and 3 rocket motor firings on three Lockseal TVC systems. The results of this effort are reviewed in this report.
