A eLudy was made to determine the feasibility of testing the energy of propellant to perform a percutaneous inoculation administer medication through the skin without an incision. A PAD pecutaneous unit was designed, fabricated, and tested in the laboratory. This unit was 3-38 in. long by 78 in.. diameter. It was powered by a modified T14E2 electric ignition element, and used a 0.0031 inch diameter sapphire nozzie.
