Abstract:
Fuzes which cannot be inspected or serviced during storage or prior to use must be designed to withstand the deteriorating effects of humidity. Humidity in the atmosphere is a slow but persistent deteriorating force on corrodible and organic materials. Some methods of design to avoid problems and several frequently used tests for humidity effects are suggested.
