Abstract:
The effects of stimulus size, speed of rotation, and inspection time upon the afterimage were evaluated for a moving Archimedes spiral, with decay-time being used as the dependent variable. Two aspects of the resultant gamma movement were identified as Alpha and Beta phases. The results indicate that both speed of rotation and inspection time produced significant differences in decay-time. Author
