Abstract:

A potential distance D is defined by means of which covariant scalar, vector, and tensor potentials may be constructed. A vector potential is defined in de Sitter space whose skew-symmetric derivative satisfies Maxwells inhomogeneous field equations. A generalization of the gravitational theory of A. N.
