Abstract:

Studies of metals at low temperature OOR 82616, Part A Two methods which were used to determine the tensile strength of thin metallic films are described. The adhesion of one metal to another by high speed technique was investigated. Studies of solidified gases at low temperature OOR 82616, Part B An investigation was made of the measurement of PVT relationships and phase transition parameters for various solidified gases. The following reprints are also included Mechanical properties of thin films of gold and silver OOR 82614 Compression and densities of four solidified hydrocarbons and carbon tetrafluoride at 77 K OOR 82610 Alarm for Philips air liquefier OOR 82615 Phase transitions and compressions of solid CH4, CD4 and O2 OOR 82612 Application of indium resistance thermometry OOR 82611 Compression and phase transitions of solid NH3, SiF4, H2S, and CF4 OOR 82613.
