Abstract : The United States Air Force (USAF) prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) of the potential environmental consequences of establishing the proposed Security Forces (SF) Regional Training Center (RTC) at Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB). The EA was completed pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations implementing NEPA (Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] Sections 1500-1508), Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 6050.1, and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-7061.
