Abstract : U.S. Air Force (Air Force) decisions regarding proposed actions must consider potential environmental impacts in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), 42 United States Code Sections 4321-4347; the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations to implement NEPA, 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 1500-1508; and the Air Force Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP), 32 CFR 989. An environmental assessment (EA) has been prepared for the Proposed Action in accordance with NEPA, the CEQ and EIAP regulations and is incorporated by reference into these findings.
