Abstract : This paper describes a toxicokinetic/dynamic model of percutaneous exposure to several vesicants. The model also predicts the efficacy of proposed medical countermeasures via a pharmacokinetic/dynamic model of scavenger, cell-cycle inhibitor, PARP inhibitor, protease inhibitor, and anti-inflammatory treatment regimens.
