Abstract : This report provides a comprehensive implementation of an unstructured mesh generation method that re nes a triangulated grid by locally bisecting triangles on their longest edge, until they satisfy a given local condition. The method is relatively simple to implement, has the capacity to quickly generate a re ned mesh with triangles that rapidly change size over a short distance, and does not create triangles with small or large angles.
