Abstract : Looks at ways the Army is controlling its energy consumption and demand. One key concept is Expeditionary Soldier Power, the energy and associated systems, information and processes required for a dismounted Soldier. Another area of approach is managing base-wide energy use for Net Zero Energy Consumption.
