Abstract : A cost/benefit and energy balance analysis has been done to address the critical scientific and technical challenges that impact the economic feasibility of producing jet fuel at sea using carbon dioxide and hydrogen. The report also evaluates the capital cost, operation maintenance, and electrical generation costs for synthesizing jet fuel at sea.
