Abstract : This report documents the development process for each component of the Job Performance Measurement System (JPMS) for eight Air Force Specialties (AFSs). Procedures are described in general terms, with discussion included as needed to either explain deviations or highlight specific features. Input for this document was obtained through review of previous technical reports, technical papers, unpublished reports, and other informal documentation. Recommendations for future research and application of the JPMS methodology are discussed.
