Potential environmental impacts to the following resource categories were considered in this FEIS: air quality; geological resources; water resources; biological resources; cultural, archaeological, and paleontological resources; health and safety; hazardous materials/waste and solid waste; noise; transportation; and socioeconomics. Possible mitigation measures are presented to rehabilitate or restore the affected environment, or to lessen a significant impact.
