Abstract : Triethylenegylcol dinitrate (TEGDN) was evaluated for its potential to produce dermal sensitization in male guinea pigs. The Buehler test, which utilizes repeated closed patch inductions with the test compound, was used for this evaluation. No evidence of TEGDN-induced sensitization was obtained in the study.
