Abstract : The purpose of the study was to investigate those physical and economic potentialities and problems of the basin having a nexus with water and related land resources; to catalogue the short- and long-term needs for development of these resources, to develop, report on, and recommend measures responsive to these needs, and to categorize such measures as 'early action' or 'long range' depending upon the proximity of the need for their construction; to the end that the economic potentialities of the basin may be fully realized.
