Abstract : These proceedings consist of 23 unclassified contributions to the Flight Mechanics Panel Specialists' Meeting on Stalling and Spin of Military Aircraft which was held in November 1975. There were 5 technical sessions in which the state-of-the-art in the high angle of attack regime was reviewed under the titles: The stall/spin problem; Analysis and design techniques; Test techniques; and Full scale flight experience. There was a concluding discussion which examined the contemporary problem areas in this important aspect of aircraft design and operation.
