Abstract : Musculoskeletal symptoms are common in patients with chronic kidney disease. They often develop soft tissue rheumatic syndromes, crystalline arthropathy, and metabolic bone disease. We describe a renal transplant patient with progressive posterior knee pain secondary to amyloidosis.
