Abstract : The purpose of this advanced study is to provide an analytic framework for silicon on chip (SoC) technology that is based on numerical, simulation, and experimental analysis, with the aim to realize the radio frequency/analog devices in the Fin Field Effect Transistor (FinFET) platform and to provide the tunneling FinFET feasibility study for future ultra-low power digital applications.
