Abstract : This Environmental Assessment (EA) evaluates the potential environmental impacts associated with implementation of the Installation Development Plan (IDP) at Edwards AFB, California. The IDP is a planning tool for leadership and decision makers of the 412th Test Wing, Air Force Materiel Command and United States (US) Air Force (AF) in making good development decisions in support of future commitments that will support the mission at Edwards AFB.
