Abstract : MIT LL and CSAIL have enjoyed several collaborations over the past decade. Collaborative projects have been very diverse, spanning several areas of CSAIL concentration, including robotics, big data analytics, wireless communications, computing architectures and technologies, and cyber security. Nevertheless, the consensus of the committee is that, given the large overlap in interests and the dramatically growing importance to national security of several key CSAIL core areas, collaborations and interactions not only could, but should, increase significantly.
