Abstract : This report documents the F2025B Force Design Analytic Model research conducted by TRAC-MTRY and the Naval Postgraduate School. Our research develops a methodology for conducting quick-turn force design analysis given a mission and constraints; it helps us to more fully understand the trade space between different force designs. We describe a data development methodology that characterizes the data required to construct a force design model using our approach. We formulate a mixed integer program optimization model and provide an implementation using GAMS and CPLEX. Finally, we analyze a resultant force design from a model constructed using this methodology in a case study.
