Abstract : The question of how to determine the quality of an educational program has been examined for many years by everyone from scientists to popular magazines. In order to enhance the quality of a Neuroscience graduate program, a set of parameters to define quality must first be established. Drawing upon material from several scientific studies done over the last 75 years, this definition is described. Using those guidelines a series of recommendations is made as to how a university can increase the quality of its Neuroscience Program.
