Abstract : Development and characteristics of an instrument which permit measurement of the electron density by impedance measurements on a plasma condenser with variable frequency. Characteristic frequencies, where certain resonances occur in the plasma and the amplitude of those resonances are the test values of this method. The power level of the measuring frequency can be kept low and the perturbations of the surrounding plasma are negligible. (Author)
