Abstract : The results of a feasibility study to determine the utility of an Airborne Instrumentation Platform for making tracking measurements on satellite and spacecraft trajectories are presented. This report considers an analysis of the capability of a system, to be developed through the integration of state-of-the-art sensor (radar and optical), communication, navigation, data processing and telemetry equipment, to satisfy the tracking measurement requirements of typical orbital profiles.
