Abstract : Data are presented concerning the kinds and amounts of electronics maintenance training available on shipboard. Problems attendent to such training are discussed. The attitude of electronics technicians was considered in relation to (1) the relevance of curriculum topics to their jobs, (2) specialization, and (3) nontechnical aspects of ET training.
